Baby goats

Our last trip to Idaho sort of made Dan and I want to get some baby goats. These kids were so cute, they kept climbing in and out of the trough. We saw baby ducks and baby chickens too. McKee's pet shop in Chubbuck has a fun "petting zoo", really you just walk around and look at the animals but the girls really loved it. Jade would walk right up to the fence and try to poke the goats in the eye.

Here's a picture of Jade riding forward-facing for the first time in her car seat. She was so excited it seemed.
Stefanie and I took Jade and Rylee to the play area in the mall and they really had a blast, jade was crawling through all the tunnels and sliding down the slide, except, she likes to linger at the bottom of the slide so I always have to move her so she doesn't get pummeled by some other kid.
Grandma Lou, reading bedtime stories to Jade and Rylee (who are wearing matching jammies).

Ang says: Sounds like life is getting too easy if you are looking at buying a goat. You might as well just have another baby :)

Now from cami:

I agree. Jade needs a sister...not a goat...becuase I know that you are not in the middle of some HUGE life changes like moving or anything. Another baby is cake :)

hahaha...as if. Get a goat

you two are so busted!! when did you come to Idaho!!!
Anyway, how fun, what a big girl she's becoming. no goats, they stink and Jade isn't potty trained yet, I'm assuming, so you have enough stinky. Just find a petting zoo somewhere near your new home.

I saw Luanne pulling the girls around in the wagon while you guys were here. She seemed to be having fun! Oh, and P.S., I keep trying to convince Ryan that it would definitely be a good idea to keep some goats in our back yard, but no luck so far! What's really fun is if you go to McKee's on a day when they're letting the turtles roam free through the store.
